Headers+Cat=doesnt fit
i put a set of headers on my b16 and when i went to connect it to the cat the flange on the header is tilted. i cant bolt the header completly to the cat becuase the two holes dont line up at all. i looked at my stock USDM Type-r header and the flange is perfectly level. i keep trying to look for a new header but it seems all of there flange's are tilted. i bought an apexi world sport catback so it would be quieter but with this massive exhuast leak it is loud and crappy sounding. why are all the headers i look at to buy not fit, and which ones have a level flange

there is only room for one header.
take it to an exhaust shop, they'll make it.

It sounds like this is your problem. Depending upon what cat you're using, certain headers will fit and others won't. For example, if you are using an ITR or LS cat, a header designed for a '99-'00 Civic Si will not fit because of the angle of the collector flange. If your current factory ITR header is bolting on without any problem, then you need to shop for a header that was designed for an ITR, an LS, or a '00-'01 GS-R.

Re: Headers+Cat=doesnt fit (b16hatche)
cut the flange off the cat, position it to line up with the header, weld it back on, any muffler shop can do this, problem solved
