Head light dim + HIDS
Hey guys,
Having an issue with 1 of my headlamps, its dimmer than the other. I changed my halogens..and same thing. I've been told my ground could be corroded, if that's true, how easy is it to replace, and which cord is it coming from the headlamp?
Moving on...i'm planning on getting a HID kit in the near future...after checking out some places online I found a place that reviews all HID websites. I'm fairly certain I will be ordering from here...

Question about that - there's 35w and 55w ones available. Some sources tell me the 55w are about 15-20% brighter, but will burn out much quicker. Should I be going with the 35w or 55w?
Thanks guys,
Shay

Make sure you retro fit. pick up some TSX projectors and retro fit them in. There are many DIY on how to do this. Most OEM HID setups are 35w. The 55w will use more power. Most of your light output will depend on the color rating of the bulbs. Get 4300 if you want the most visible light to be projected. If your doing it to have blue or purple lights just do everyone a favor and spray paint your stock bulbs blue.

I'll be grabbing a pair of projector headlights - no worries not going for the "super blind oncoming traffic" style. I'll be going for 12000k - Nice and bright, clean cut off line with a hint of color.
