havind weird problems with honda civic ex 1994

94 honda civic ex
i have a honda 94 ex with a 1.6 dz vtec i changed my motor out with a jdm 1.5 vtec and im running rich i shouldnt be i changed over my intake with the 1.6 intjectors i have no check engine lights or anything the timeing isnt advanced and eveything in the car runs great just i get the rich smell from burning rich any ideas?
