HAs anyones rust came back after welding it?
i had my old eg and i welded metal in and a month later it started to bubble up again, is there anyway to prevent that from happenening again on this one? i must be doing something wrong.

Cleaning and prep. Its probable that you missed rust underneath or didn't really get all the surface stuff off. It needs to be perfectly clean... and probably helpful to use a rust inhibiting primer before any other paints.

well where did the rust start? was it the welds that rusted first? if all the rust was cut our prior to welding in the new panel it shouldnt rust for a good while. Was it a real panel that was welded in or a cheapo piece of tin you found?
