What did you as far as vacuum and coolant line connections on the intake manifold and throttle body? I know several connections are different between the D15 OBD1 manifold and the Y8 OBD2 manifold. Also the charcoal canisters are different. The D15 has a hose going from the charcoal canister up to a connection on top of the throttle body. My 94 B18C1 has this same line. However the Y8 throttle body does not have this connection.

The D15 throttle body has a separate fast idle thermo valve w/ coolant lines below the TB opening. The Y8 throttle body has 2 coolant line connections below the TB opening, but there does not appear to be a separate thermo valve. Is it integrated into the TB in some way?

Need help from any one who has swapped an OBD2 Y8 engine or even just a Y8 intake manifold into an OBD1 chassis. TIA
