Default Has anyone found a true repair?

Ok. So I have had Driver door electrical connector issues for years on my Wife's 98 4 door. I have repaired issues along the way,but am having problems once again.

Is there a true fix short of cutting the plug off and just making solid connection to the door harness?

Google searches have produced little to no results except extreme measures listed above.

Broken wires in the door jamb connectors? If so, you need to solder the broken wires or replace the harnesses. No easy fix.

Yes sir. That's what I thought. such a stupid design to begin with. have fixed multiple issues already and now back to only window that wont work from driver side panel is passenger and driver side mirror will now work outward or down. Passenger works without a hitch.

Guess I will be spending a small fortune for heat shrink and just extend all wires past the flex point.

This issue is well known. No idea why Honda never stepped in.

They may respond better to the letter.
