Default has anybody had this problem?

I had freon put in because the ac wasn't blowing cold. After doing that it still didn't work. That's not the problem the problem was when I parked the car and went to take the key out of the ignition it didn't turn back enough to take it out. I also couldn't start the car. So my problem is the car not starting. Any help greatly appreciated.

You'll probably need to remove the ignition key module and replace it. First try spraying some special lock lubricant into the lock mechanism to see if it loosens up.

Tried that I was able to get the key out by removing solenoid under the steering wheel but I had checked the fuses and the strater signal fuse had no voltage. I even tried to jump the starter to get it to crank. nothing It's a shop and they haven't figured it out yet.
