LS swap in EG hatch: Hard Starting
i have a EG Civic hatch with a ODB2 LS swap. it ran good for about 1yr., then i started to have problems when i try to crank up the car. it seems to happen whenever the weather is hot, because it cranks up fine when the weather is cold. whenever i have problems cranking it up, the RPM would jump up to about 500-700rpm and it'll bog back down, and sounds like it misfires or choking. i have to Gas it to prevent the car from dying.
so far, i've already replaced:
main relay, fuel filter, new distributor cap and rotor, ignition coil, temp sensor, fuel pump, injectors, air sensor.
what could the problem be? i heard from my buddys buddy that it could be the Igniter Chip. well?
