Weird Starting problem
I've searched so far and only one person had a problem anywhere near this.. I have a 90 accord with 96 H23 and ECU. When i goto start in the morning, it takes a while to crank over...if its warm, it'll only take it a few times...however if its cold or damp outside, it wont start for like a half hour. I thought it coulda been my FPR since it liked starting after I primed the fuel pump a couple times and immediately cranked afterwards only on warmer days though. It isn't my FPR, fuel filter, or temp sensors. I have spark, air, and timing...the only thing i could possibly think left would be my fuel pump but as far as I have always known, they either work or they dont...i hear it prime every time so i'm left clueless.
