H22A4 EG Axle Hybrid ????
Okay this I realize is covered every freaking week. I know cuz I've had this problem for about two weeks and have covered just about all posts covering this. Here's my problem I have a 94 EG hatchie with a H22A4 swap. Common enough. I recently swapped the old POS H23 tranny for a JDM H22 tranny. Pain in the *** but was successful. Here's my dilemna, just like probably every one who can't really afford custom race axles, I have the reoccuring problem with my right side axle popping out of the tranny. I have been told constantly to run the 90-93 axle and if needed extend the C Clip. I tried that and failed due to not being able to extend it. I was then told to use the 94-00 Integra Axle. Same size as the 90-93. Too cut this down, I took the 90-93 axle to the local autozone and measured it against a 90-91 Accord Axle, 95 Integra Axle, 97 Integra GSR axle, and a 92 Prelude Axle. Of course the prelude axle had the extra length that I needed but of course too much length. So I bought it. Fit very snugly into tranny. I knew from the start it'd be too long. So here's what I'm planning on doing taking my 93 Integra Axle and the 92 Prelude axle and combining them. I'm going to take the part of the axle that goes into the tranny from the 92 prelude axle and mate it to the Integra Axle. Of course taking the one on the Teggy axle off to make room for the new prelude part. This has been a very stressful dilemna for me. I figured I'd tell the story the whole story to fellow H-T'ers to cover all bases and leave room for input. Here are my questions.
1. Will I be able to combine the two axles as stated???
2. I was told it'd work if the bearings inside the axles are the same between the two, are they???
3. I was told how to do it but is there anything extra I should know too make this frankenstein hybrid go smoothly???
4. Should I just take it to a shop and have them do it???
Sorry for the long story, I have been told so many different things and have read so many different posts that I just want to get this done and over with this time. I swear I have put the axle in and then ripped out again so many times in the last two weeks. I'm basically a pro. I was able to do it this last time in 15 minutes.

it doesn't work just fine unfortunately, it pops out when i turn to the right. Thats what was on there before, could it be something with the tranny or something.
