Default h22a options

i know and have read as many issues as i could find...the h22 crams the 92 civic bay...so thats covered...no ps/ac...covered...mounts/shifting issues...covered...

here is my dilemma...i want to turbo it...but at the same time i would consider supercharging it...turbo will require sleeves for anything over 8 psi...which i would want...so thats an extra 800 sleeves and machining...but that holds the ability to boost up to 30#...i would be happy with 400 so 30# is over kill...same time i could run 5-8# with a supercharger and come close to that power level no?

moving on...will injectors from say, d and b series work on the h22? i have a set of rc 750's for my d16 build...can i use those or no?

so not to sound like a complete ***...its gonna be a bit pricey either way...i have the turbo kit already pieced for the d build gone cold now, that can all convert over...i want to build the block...would it be my best interest to just build with new sleeves and so forth? the main cost would then just be in new internals and sleeves....

option b...new internals that are cohesive with the stock frm sleeves...save the sleeve money and buy a supercharger...and sell the turbo stuff for something else? sounds like a lot of nonsense to ask but still

before i stop...what are my issues with plug and play? what ecu's can i use that are very open ranged? i have the hondata s200 that i can tune with...any other issues brought to my attention will help as well thanx

if your gonna want that kind of power then you have to go turbo.Cause if you plan to use JR superchager, then your out of luck because they wont fit in your engine bay. The h22 and a super charger will take up alot of space. the only way you can put the super charger in is if you start to cut at your fire wall and your hood. So your only option will be turbo or just to build the motor for n/a.

I would go N/A with h2b. Save the money from turbo to get some frm compatible mahle NA pistons, do some head work, and go 12's, maybe 11's I've seen stock h22a's reach 220 whp with hondata which you have. Don't forget with turbo, your also gonna want some rods and pistons if you plan to turn up the boost. And that is definately really pricey

i have good hook ups with parts...so im not to worried about internals...plus i heard the crank is a tank of a piece...i dont really wanna go crazy on n/a...fun but im just wanting a turbo...

found a solution to the turbo issue...so turbo is in...mahle makes a piston that is forged but is guaranteed to run with your stock sleeves without issues...requiring not to be resleeved...now i find new issues with intake and head disassembly
