Default H22 EG's...what do you idle at (problem and question)?

I have a 1992 CX with an H23A swap (although for this question it's the same thing as having an H22A swap). My car normally likes to idle between 850-1050 RPM's. However, after a while (no specific amount of time...it varies), the RPM's start to drop lower and lower until they reach around 600-700.

So for example, in a situation like I previously described, I'll be cruising down the road, and I'll come to a stop light. I'll put my car in neutral and it'll stall. I can start it back up right away, but if I stop at a light again, say five minutes later, it'll do the same thing (but sometimes it doesn't). I've also messed with the idle screw, but I don't think that it's helping any. So...what do your H22A EG's idle at, and what can I do to fix my problem?

Thanks guys

I finished it last summer, but it's always had this problem (more-so in warmer weather than cooler weather). You can check out my garage to see my mods...if that helps. Thanks!

GAccord...sometimes my car does the same thing. I'm used to the normal 3 cranks. Anyways...

I've messed with the idle screw a little bit, and I cleaned out the IACV when I bought it. Maybe I need a new one???
