h22 ecu question

i want to send out my jdm p13 ecu to get chipped witha spoon chip. they said it will take a couple of days, but its my daily driver. i have my old p28 ecu that i had on civic, i wanted to know if i can hook up the usdm p28 to my jdm h22? will it mess anything up?
