H22 civic misfire (LIKE CRAZY)
i got a 97 civic with an h22a it has dc headers full skunk 2 exhaust magna flow high flow resonator and cat got the skunk 2 intake manifold and throttle body also have msd plugs and external coil with this setup im misfiring
so this is what happens
when im at idle its ok
when im driving its ok
but when im driving and let off the gas while still in gear it will pop (misfire)
from the exhaust my rear bumper is always black from running to rich im guessing
i installed a fuel pressure guage and when the car is at idle im reading about 36 psi
i have also installed a new o2 sensor about a month ago
when accelerating its about 42 i think
if anyone knows what this could be please let me know im tired of it always misfiring when i let off the gas

Go back to a stock ignition system.
Do a tune up and set the ignition timing to spec using a timing gun.
Any CEL codes?

use a helms manual and return the entire ignition system back to stock. get rid of anything that is not in the helms manual.

ok thank you do you think that the coil that im running is any good? will there be a big difference if i go back to stock ignition?
