H22/B16 Tranny in 2000 Civic 4dr
What do u guys think about doin something like this?? Mechanic said works much easier for him.. dont give to ***** im a paying customer.. does this have any benifits?

The ony way you would be able to do this is if you had some sort of an adapter plate. Im pretty sure you cant even do this. Please someone correct me if im wrong. I've never EVER heard of anyone ever doin this.

yea buddy was saying that yes u would need an adapter plate and it could work out much cheaper cause i can keep the B16 axels and tranny.. instead of cutting the floor for the shift link cable.. cable cost about $500 canadain im told.. what kinda motor would i have??lol

you can do the H2b. you'd be just a quick as a k20 except for the sixth gear. they make adapter plates for this kind of swap. just search H2B and you'll find info on it. GL
