I have the "street" H&R coilovers for my EK hatch.

Does anyone know what the spring rate is on them?

They were great on the car for street driving with the 1.6 SOHC, but I'm looking for a stiffer spring rate now that I have a B18 and am competing more seriously in Solo II.

I would just call H&R and ask them. The number is on the website: http://www.hrsprings.com

I would again ask H&R what the max rates the H&R Street Coilover can handle, and make a decision based on that. Really depends on the valving.

ok, now i'm pissed.

i called to find out what the spring rates are

385 front/265 rear

when i asked what other springs are available to use with these coilovers, the guy said that this is the only spring i can use, as it is a full bodied spring.

so, the only way for me to go stiffer is to replace the whole damn coilovers.

grr...
