well i'm running itr springs on my 99 hatch although not an eg i like the way it sits it looks almost stock i have about the same amount of wheel well gap as i did when it was bone stock but i'm running 195-50-15's vs the stock 185-65-14's so there is a big difference in tire heights there. it took a lil time to settle, also i'm running the d16 still so i figure it won't sit as low as a car with a b series in it.

yeah im putting a b18c in there soon so im hopping it'll go a bit lower,,,the ride quality is wiked!! for an oem setup these shock/spring combo rules but im just hoping it'll settle a bit 'cose it looks a bit 4wd,,,otherwise ill get some spoon springs and that'll fix it

i always remember when my mate thought he'd put some bling bling 17s on his rover and his parents wouldn't let him lower it becuase of insurance, it looked like a proper 4wd, got raised about and inch or so...

yeah the ride quality is one of the reasons i switched to them, love the way it rides. the gap between my fender and tire is about 3 fingers.

It rides pretty much at the stock ride height. It is WAY stiffer than stock though and has a nice and firm, yet comfortable, ride.

so with this combo, ride height is higher than stock? i'm planning on this setup for a 4-door eg8
