Default gsr turbo question

i has a gsr engine on my hatch and have a greddy bold on turbo kit on it, an 18g. i recently conected a greddy boost controller on it. and i cant make it to put more than 10lbs on 1st 2nd and 3rd grear. on the freeway it goes up to 13. i have the boost controller set up on low loost on the max. and gain a little past the half point. if i switch it to high boost it only goes up to 8 lbs on 1st 2nd and 3rd grear. what can i do to make it put out more lbs. do i have to out an external wastegate or what? thanks

Todd from Churches Automotive is good (not a big fan of Shawn unless you catch him on a good day). And Bubba is really good and lives by "treat others the way you want to be treated".
