Default gsr swapped hatch......having major problems with fuel and idle

I have a 95 civic cx with a gsr swap. the swap is clean and everything was running fine. Then just out of nowhere the fuel pump just shut off. I figured no big deal just put a new pump in. I got a walbro 255 lph pump and put it in. Still not working. I checked the wires for power and there was no power getting to the pump. So i changed the main relay, and checked every fuse and changed as many relays as i could see and still not working. What can it be? my brother says the ignition is expletiveed, my friends at work say it could be the fuel cut out switch whcih i have no idea where it is. The car has an alarm and a push button starter. Where could my problem lie? The idle is also jumping but i figured it was a iac and i already have a spare one. Please help me this car is my daily driver. THanks

You tested the wires to the pump after the relay change? Does your alarm have a fuel pump kill? Hidden kill switches? Did you get a new relay? Do you hear the relay click as you turn the ignition?

relay is brand new. I check the wires after the relay and i was going to check them before it. But if the relay is new then it should work. I dunno im just gettin really frustrated.

Just check the wires at the pump to see if its getting power.

could be the starter solenoid. the starter is always receiving a constant 12v from the battery and if the solenoid is stuck then power will leak back into the harness and drain power from everything else. whenever i turned the key to the start position the fan cranked on.

I know it sounds completely crazy but it happened to me 2 weeks ago.

Pump was getting no power wat so ever. COuld the starter solenoid really cause something that bad? I guess ill have to check it out. i can get parts cheap so its no biggy.
