Like topic says... I just swapped my gsr in and before it was in it ran fine in my friends car. No codes or anything. I pretty much just pulled my LS out and dropped in the full GSR setup. Plugged everything back in and these are the codes I got. Now I did accidently tear one of the map sensors wires off the clip. I reattached it with butt connectors. But the sensor looks fine. Is there a way I can check the actual sensors if they are messed up? ALso what are causes of code 20?

Code 20 is the electric load detector or eld, symptoms usually stem from a faulty sensor, since you're throwing a map code try swapping in another map sensor or before that solder your connection for godsakes, butt connectors are for lazyass rednecks.

So pull out the MAP sensor from my old LS and put it on the gsr? Then try and see if it works any better?

Let's get some more info please:

What year is the car?

What year is the swap?

What ECU are you running?

Did you wire up VTEC, knock sensor, and secondary butterflies?

94 dx hatch (previously had a 95 ls swap in it)
99 GSR swapped in
Currently running of the LS computer.. till my p28 comes in...
Cannot wire up vtec untill p28 comes in, knock sensor not needed cause I will be running a p28, secondaries I dont think either due to p28 chipped ecu.
