It's not a popular swap because when you put the new seat it, you have to cut into the rear headlight blinker fluid line. You have to relocate the firewall strain relief to the trunk and then weld or bolt in a bracket in to hold up the main relay connector bearing. That's all easy work and should only cost you about $5 and about 9 hours of labor.

they will not bolt right up... check out my writeup in this thread. if you swap the rails then yes they will bolt right up, but if you use the grs rails, they will need to be slightly modified.
