Default GSR EK HATCH Exhaust Manifold/Catalytic combination

I just recently got a gsr swap on my 98 civic hatch and currently have a big exhaust leak between my exhaust manifold and my stock exhaust since it does not bolt up. I am planning to put an oem catalytic on my hatch but does not no the right combination in doing so and do not want to waste further money. Can someone with experience tell me which catalytic will fit a 95 gsr exhaust manifold that is currently on my 98 civic hatch. I just recently bought a catalytic for a 98 civic coupe but i dont think it fits the gsr stock exhaust manifold.

Please help.

no, b series and d series exhaust flanges are different. just go to an exhaust shop and they'll get it to line up for ynou.

If that's the case why do some people say the gsr block is taller than the b16 and the b16 header would not clear the oil pan?

its up to you i've done it , and the b16 exhaust manifold with bolt up to the d series piping the flange will line up the same. But good luck.
