alright dudes ive done enough searching just need an actual opinion on this. a buddy of mine is selling me a gsr engine with 65000 miles on for 1500 and a ctr tranny for 500. he is also giving me axles brakes harness eh and pretty much whatever i can rip out of his totalled car. also i plan to grab a new suspension and catback.

sick deal or no? and also any suggestions on the suspension and catback?

Jump on it, if nothing is wrong with the tranny or motor there is no reason why you shouldnt get it. That seems like a good deal. Suspension wise, what are you planning on doing to your car? Track car or daily driver?

good thats what i was hoping to hear. that means saturday my car is going under the wrench.

but now to suspension. its a daily driver so if any one can speak from experience on this and steer me in the right direction. as for a catback i think ill just pop on a megan. i like the sound of those.
