Default Grounding questions

Hey, i have a lot of people talking about grounding their valve cover and tranny. i was wondering if there is any benefit to this at all and how it is done. thanks

the OEM setup comes grounded like that, but over time those grounds deteriorate. Redoing the grounding straps with good quality wire and terminals is all you'd need to do.

keep in mind the ecu is grounded as well at the thermostat housing.
OEM is those 3 grounds
you should always have at least 3 grounds too.
