Greddy Header and exhaust?

Greddy Header and exhaust?
What kind of gains would there be for this setup. Im a domestic owner so I'm still new to these imports. What is the best header from your experiences? Thanks

a 4-2-1 header should help you on the low to mid. i dont think a 4-1 will be a good idea for you. i have had good luck with greddy. other than the coating getting crappy after time, they still seem to look better than the dc sports after they get used.

No doubt, my GReddy header looked like it was 15+ years old after a couple weeks use.
Good header though, fitment was excellent.

my buddy has an aem cai,
and greddy header, and greddy catback exhaust
on his 01 ITR(i think its 01.. either 01 or 00..
but its black..)
I duno how well it does compared to other stuff,
but the thing sounds amazing, and pulls VERY well.
