Everyone has their personal preference. Just do some research and think about what you want to do with the car. There are so many combo's out there that no one is going to be able to tell you what is the absolute best for you.

For what type of car? Springs or Coilovers? What kind of driving will you be doing? Do you want to spend a couple hundred or over a thousand dollars? What are your goals for the suspension set up? How much would you like your car to be lowered?
