http://www.homemadeturbo.com Look in the tech projects->manifolds part.. It shows how to turn a crx hf/std manifold into a turbo manifold..

If u wanna make your own manifold i suggest this one
Legendboy made this one and has a very simple design.
There are many topics about turbo manis and you can even find good info in the huge Welding Thread.

nope, nobody has. the keebler turbo fellers are all hidden in their tree with the manifold supplies, tig/mig welders and filler rods. bastards

Re: Homemade Turbo manifold . ??????????? (1bar)
i dunno about that one being simple, u gotta notch out the pipe in runners 2 and 3 n what not, a regular log is the simplest.

Re: Homemade Turbo manifold . ??????????? (project dc2)
I think people tend to get flamed for attempting to make their own manifolds. "If it isn't Rev it's crap"....
But good luck with making your own. I suggest learning a nice modeling program like AutoDesk Inventor or Microsoft SolidWorks before you start cutting and welding, to get a good idea of what bends to use, where to cut them, how much clearance you have, etc.
I designed mine in SolidWorks, and although the welds aren't as pretty as they would be with a good TIG unit, the whole system fits perfectly.

Hopefully next time it won't be a Clarke Welder. Those things are PURE ****. I work at a hardware store where we sell them. You would not believe the amount of defectives.
