No, Sportlines are on the low end of the scale. An "off the shelf" set of springs isn't going to be well suited to this kind of hybrid.
I would go with something like Ground Control sleeves and choose whatever spring rates you feel are right. Of course, this is dependent on what you're going to use the car for.
The logical thing is to stick high rates in the front... this may actually be making the car handle worse though. With so much weight in the front, it's going to be a tricky setup. A large swaybar seems key. I would start with fairly even spring rates (maybe a little higher in the rear), and a large rear swaybar w/ a smaller one in the front. I'm coming from a track standpoint though.

You might want to try contacting Newman at Newman@JDMshit.com, or Jeff Sloan at jeff@hybridautomotive.com. Both post frequently on the hybrid board and one of Newman's current projects is a H22A EG and Jeff is planning making an H22A track car in the near future. They should both be able to provide some helpful information for you, just make sure that you thank them for anything they can give you.

Well I am planning on using Skunk 2 coilovers, AGX struts, ITR Rear Sway bar with lower tie bar front and back, and upper tie bar front and back.. That should be a good place to start..
I will let you know how the setup feels with stock wheels in a week..
