Good Rear control arms???
Well after tryin forever to break loose that bolt (the one that holds the rear shocks to the control arm) I gave up.
So i just popped my springs on there and off I went. Well, I didnt buy these Tokico's for nothing....that is where I ask you gentleman(and WOman) what control arms should I consider. Cash is also low..... I am so broke after everything has been bought !

so you got the springs off without taking off the shock? get some srr or ssr lcas. i dunno what the brand was. they are lighter and don't flex as much.
edit: also have you tried an impact wrech? or a 4 foot long breaker bar?

yeah, i think you're talking about the SRR ones. the purple LCAs? aj-racing.com used to stock them, but my friend told me they no longer do (as well as R&D Motorsport and all the other shops that buy from A&J Racing). something about because they're a taiwanese product. but what product isn't from taiwan nowadays?

Did you try disconnecting the lca from the trailing arm before removing the lower shock mounting bolt? If you don't, the shock assembly puts pressure on the bolt which makes it harder to get out.
