good or bad turbo kit? and will a STOCK d16 handle it??

yes. i would get the t3/t4 hybrid one. you can find it by just searching 'civic turbo' or something into ebay. at $1800 vecco kits are an awesome buy for the money and fully upgradable.

Its a good kit but it doesnt come with fuel management. You could piece one together for cheaper than that and still have money to spare.
