Default is this turbo kit worth it

im planning on turboing my 99 honda civic si. i found a turbo kit from norcalautostylez and there turbo kit are really cheap. its only 1350. heres i listing of what it comes with and a picture. http://www.craigslist.org/sby/pts/132922941.html. i was wondering if i should get it or not. i was wondering how much horsepower i could get from this turbo kit on my stock motor

thats a SSAC kit, looks like someone else found SSAC's supplier lol

it's NOT a Garrett turbo they lie

If you still want to buy the worst kit ever made you can buy that same kit on ebay for a few hundred less.
