gm synchromesh or gm mtf?
ive read many topics about what transmission fluid to use. everyone says gm is the best stuff to buy to get rid of high rpm grinds. but i talked to the guy at the gm place and he said the sychromesh is for automatics. isnt that bad to put in a manual transmission? is there some important piece of information i am not aware of yet? i bought the mtf because i dont want to stick automatic transmission fluid in. and if that were the case i wouldve just bought the pennzoil atf cause its the exact same stuff as the gm but cheaper. did i buy the right tranny fluid or do i need to back and return it for the gm sychromesh?

You should probably read some more...
Use Honda MTF for Honda Manual Trannys and Honda ATF for Honda Auto Trannys. That's the general consensus from my research.
