i got some tree sap all over my car (door, trunk, hood, and windows. they are all small spots like 1 inch long) what is the best to easily take this off without it hurting my paint or windows? i already tried just soap and water. I dont know if i want to use those megiuar products because i've heard they take off the paint? any suggestions will be appreciated. thanks

3m makes products specifically designed for the removal of the harsh elements of driving. I`d check that out
I have asked Q`s regarding things like this and can`t seem to get decent responses, so that`s prolly the best you`re gonna get

I used bug and tar remover on my car before. It really works well in getting crap off of the paint. I'd give that a try. It took off tons of black spots from tar that the previous owner of my car left me.
