I believe my head gasket is doneski. Once I rev to 4k-4.5k, I lose all power and get this crazy hissing sound. Sounds like pressurized air escaping from somewhere. I hope its a vacuum hose leak but I everyone says headgasket. I called my mechanic. He said he has to send it out to get milled. I have a d16z6, totally stock. I am going the N/A route, mild build. Looking for 120-130whp when its all said and done. Reliability is paramount, and I will bring my compression up to 11 or 11.5 in the near future. Anyone have any ideas on headwork? 3 angle valve job? I just want to take advantage of the opportunity of having my head sent to a machine shop. Might as well and get it all did up.
