Get my clutch master and slave cylinder fixed and get a new tranny?
I went to the auto shop today to see what was wrong with my clutch. They said I need a new clutch master and slave cylinder, resurfaced flywheel, and new throw out bearing. So basically I needed to fix my clutch master/slave cylinder and get a new clutch kit. Since I'm planning on swapping in a jdm d15b in a few months that I might as well just replaced the tranny with a s20 tranny. I figured since the tranny is going to get taken apart I just might as well replace it with a new one. What do you guys think?

yeah, if you can pick up a new tranny for a good price it probably will end up being similar in price... Just don't forget to fix your master and slave cylinders or you'll be tearing it apart again for a new clutch.

I'd wait until you buy the swap, then just replace the master, slave cylinder is likely fine. Too bad I'm not going to WSU this semester or I could give you a second opinion. As for your swap who's doing it? I go back occasonally to hang out with guys from my frat. If you need someone to do your swap let me know, I've done plenty.
