Gauge cluster swap success--1 problem though...

Gauge cluster swap success--1 problem though...
I just finished swapping a 92' LX gauge cluster w/tach into my 95' DX (same motor and redline), and it's a perfect plug and play. Everything reads fine and the gauge lighting works too...however, when I turn my lights on theres an annoying whinning sound that comes from the cluster, is this common and is it fixable?
