Spring at the top of the pedal binding? number 4: http://www.hondapartscheap.com/south...t=0&quantity=0 It's cheap enough that replacing it shouldn't hurt the wallet.

Your throttle body is gummed-up. Common problem in poorly-maintained cars, but an easy (if sometimes temporary) fix.

Throttle body is clean i already checked it. the car isnt poorly maintained btw i run high octane gas and do tune ups every few thousand miles and run fuel system treatment thru it every once in a while

Re: Gas pedal sticking on start up
Leave the throttle body installed as-is. Just remove the big black intake pipe from the throttle body, then wedge a (roughly 10") length of dowel between dash and gas pedal to hold the throttle plate open.
Then, DO NOT SPRAY THROTTLE BODY CLEANER DIRECTLY INTO THE OPENING. Instead, with the engine OFF, spray the cleaner on a soft toothbrush (which is free of loose bristles). Brush the TB and plate all over, then use pieces of an old T-shirt to carefully wipe away the black gunk. Repeat until clean. Try to keep the brush and cleaner away from where the throttle-plate-rod meets the throttle body sides.

How easy is it to turn the throttle plate by hand, using the crank at the throttle body?
