Default Gas Gauge: cluster problem

ever since i brought my car to honda about 3 weeks ago my needle doesnt move anymore
honda fixed my wiring harness for my car and i believe they might have messed up something in the cluster because it was working perfectly fine until honda started messing with the electric
any1 have any ideas?

Jump pins 1 and 3 on the fuel sender unit and see if the gas gauge moves towards full. If it doesn't, it's a cluster problem or wiring problem.

Just makes ure you pull the jumper b4 it nails the pin on "F" or you can damage the gauge.
