FYI: Blacked Out OEM Corners (56k beware)
I've had a couple people ask me how I did my corners so I decided to take some pictures while I did another set for a friend. I've done about 5 sets of headlights and corners so far and none of them have leaked or gotten condensation.
For the corners, preheat the oven to 225 and put the corners in there for about 10 minutes but keep an eye on them every once in a while to make sure they don't start to melt.
Then, use a slim flat head screw driver to pry apart the lense. Be very careful because they chip and crack very easily.
This is the lense off of the corner.
There is an orange reflector inside the corner that must come out before you paint it. Then, just paint the whole corner and re-install the reflector. Once that is done, use clear silicone to seal back up the lense like this.
Now the finished product.
Heres mine

Nice write up, I think I found a prject for this weekend. By the way should I bake the headlight at 225 for ten minutes too.

Good write up, I tried doing that to some shitty clear corners but when I put them in the oven, I turned on the tube and forgot about it. When I opened the smoke filled oven, I had a nice pile of plastic...lol. Good write up.
Moral of the story: Please check on them frequently while baking.

I like the sleeper look for your car. And the limited addition GSR rims painted flat black look pretty good too guy.
Behind that black grill lays the beats within....
