Default fuel rail stud

i was wondering if anyone knew how exactly to remove and reinstall the stud on the intake manifold that holds in the fuel rail, and a good place to get one, apparently during my swap we broke one of them and we cant bolt down the fuel rail all the way so it is squirting out gas through one of the injectors
any info would be great thanx

Vise grips or if you can fit two nuts on the stud and tighten them together so you can take it off with the lower nut without it just screwing off.

I would just get a new one from a Honda dealership. But if you can find one in a junk yard that is not badly rusted(not a good chance) sure
