Fuel Pump wont prime, no spark
My 94 Coupe with the d16 won't start. I installed JDI's push start conversion kit in it and started the car about 30 times. Then, I drove it to a gas station by my house to fill the tank up. When I went to start it to leave, the car would not start. Just cranked. I thought the pump was bad, so I replaced it. Still would not start. I tried starting fluid and it still wouldn't start so I know I do not have spark. I have also made a jumper wire from the battery to the pump with a toggle switch to see if it would start that way, but it doesn't have spark. The pump does prime that way. I even put the ignition switch back in the car to see if that would help but it doesn't. I get power to the dizzy, but I do not get power to the fuel pump. I have checked all my fuses. The ground on the thermostat housing is good. I get 12v to pin 1 and 5 on the main relay. I have a new fuel pump in it. I do not know what else to do.
