Default Fuel pump doesnt prime after switch install (see inside)

Ok so I just installed a fuel cut switch and Im 99% sure there was no problem with my connections but when I turned it to the on position and didnt hear the pump. Im wondering though, would it make any difference that my harness is all disconnected since there is no engine in the bay and no pressure in the fuel lines?

A problem with one of the connections seems to be the first choice, but I went over everything myultiple times so it doesnt make sense.

Find a Suitable 12v source, and make sure the Fuel Pump is working.

If the pump worked before you did the switch, I'm assuming you still didn't have an engine in your car and fuel in the lines? Check your connections, that's probably the problem.

You blew your fuel pump fuse, its a 15A under the dash next to the SRS fuse. Replace it and you should be good.

on me. I never thought of this. Check this also, if the fuse is good refer back to your connections.

Last time I know the pump worked there was when I drove it into the garage.

Ill check the fuse tommorow. What would cause it to blow?

A problem i have found was when the switch is off and you keep trying to start the car it will cause the fuse to short and blow. Also if your switch isnt well covered in electrical tape and touches metal it will pop as well. Many different reasons but an easy fix.
