are the fuel pump different from a 95 Si w/ d16 and a 99-00 Si w/ b16
i have a 95 Si with a jdm b16. do i need to swap my current fuel pump for a 99-00 Si w/ b16 fuel pump ?

reason i ask is cause my car wont start and when i turn the key i do not hear the fuel pump priming so im thinking my fuel pump has went bad. it cranks but wont turn over. battery works and plenty of gas. just drove it last sunday and there were no problems

Check your main relay, I don't know if the Ek pump will fit in a Eg but I am not knowledgeable on Ek cars or parts at all. I guess it is possible that your pump died, but my bet would be main relay, that is also your fuel pump relay.

Make sure all of your grounds are properly grounded. Check your fuses, and make sure the harness plugs are plugged in correctly, nice and tight. Good luck!
