So I have a 93 honda civic ex and on sunday I came back from the ski reasort and took my car to the movies and back....... within 30 minutes of geting out of my car and back in to go somewhere else it wont start ..... the fuel pump is not turning on at all, not on the prime, and not when I try to start it. Ive bypassed the pump at the relay and the pump is good, Ive also checked and replaced the main relay and it is also good. I hear that the car alarm on my car could cause the problem........ also I am not throwing any error codes.......does anyone Know something I might not.......elecks_arsonal@hotmail.com.............p lease help.........

Did you check the wiring at the relay? it might have a bad ground there or a bad turn on signal for the relay. Its something simple your over looking

Ok .......what do you mean by a bad turn on signal, I dont what wires that would be, I think that it is the ingnition that feeds the power to the relay that eventually turn s on the pump, and also could be a bad ground I have thought of that but how would I fix that should I go through them all and find out wich ones are grounds and add a grounded wire from the body to them all to make sure they all work............... keep coming with the info............. someone told me to unplug all the fuses and put them all back in just to reset my car alarm and everything else.................keep the info coming please!!!!!!! also could the alarm have caused problems with the ignition and that is why the pump wont turn on???? how do I find that out????

have u checked the 4 wires that are on the egnition*? trust me it happens!

not to sound dumb but have you checked fuses and all that I know you checked the relay but have you checked all the simple stuff just to be sure.

yes I have checked the fuses and the relays but what wires on the engin do you speak about I dont know of the ones on the engin
