fuel line pinched?

fuel line pinched?
ok so i was puttin a new fuel filter on today an the bolt on the bottom was real tight an it twisted the metal piping that the fuel runs thru the car still rund and drives an all no hesistion at idle will it affect the performance by not gettin enough fuel also can i fix that without buyin the whole new line that goes to the fuel tank
