Default Fuel Filter and PCV valve...

Hey guys, how often do you change your Fuel Filter and PCV Valve?
Do you notice any improvement when you change those objects?

thanks

I got my car in November and just changed my PCV valve tonight...along with a radiator (Silla 1" core aluminum). Since I got the car I've done;

plugs and wires
dizzy cap and rotor
rear brakes
fuel filter
4 guage speaker wire grounds
led battery connectors
gm syncromesh fm in the tranny
and of course the necessary short ram with a k&n cone

Do all of this and it's like driving a different car

Fuel filter every 30K.. Performance wise. No difference of course.

PCV valve, passed smog without one.

Just do the filter at the same time. It's easy enough.

When I did mine on my GSR, I had to use some 18in long needle nose pilars. I tried with my hands and a screwdriver for 15+ minutes, but I just couldn't get it out. Got the pilars (for like $2 at a cheap tool shop), did it in 2 minutes..

For the fuel filter, it raised my gas millage 35-50% I wouldn't doubt if it was the orignal FF, with 150k on it. When I took it off, I blew through it, and all that came out was black gas.
