Default frustrating CEL shenanigans

Today I changed out my ect sensor on my b16 because my code #6 has been on the cel for a while now. Got it replaced, reset ecu, and CEL 6 is still on along with 22(VTEC malfuntion) which was not on before changing the sensor.
Is there anything else that might need changed as well to get that code 6 to go away??

There are diagnostic procedures you need to follow. Page 11-36 in the factory service manual - buy, borrow, or download one. It'll make your life much easier. I don't have mine handy at the moment.
