ok so i just bought this car a couple weeks back and havnt got the chance to align my bumper. so i took the whole front end off and noticed that the bolts were missing at the top of the bumper.. not only were they missing.. the brackets that u bolt it up to was not aligned to the bumper holes. hmm.. any way i can fix this?

as u can see, they do not align together.. are they just like that? wat can i do?

Take a crowbar and pry the brackets back to line up with the holes. You can use a hammer as well if needed. They're metal, they will go back no problem.
