Default friend buying car, is it worth it??

hey, i gotta friend buyin 1995 civic, in my opinion its not all that clean. and i wouldn't get it, just wonderin what u guys think about it.

its not worth it. With 1500 you can find a EG hatchback shell and put a D15B JDM which is better than a d16y8 and give it a nice paint job and lips and spoiler which would turn out better than that civic and have plenty of cash left over. PLus you'll be proud of it being done and personalzed by yourself.

Dont buy other peoples garbage. You don't know what he did to the car. Maybe he's some ricer wanna b racer and tried to race the **** out of it and is getting rid of it before the engine gets in any worse condition then it already is? You'll never know.
