Default Fog light harness

You plug the #2 into B, and the #5 into E.

i dont have foglights but from looking at the fuse layouts. you might want to try putting a fuse in the running light slot.

No, you have an inline fuse on your switch harness. Check if that's still good, then check if your relay is clicking.

ive got them to work. There is a ground wire INSIDE the foglights thats suppose to touch the bulb. I guess they werent touching so i fixed it.

I Installed the factory foglight kit on my 2000 Civic, but i only remember having a brown connecter, my instructions were all in japanese so they weren't much help, I just plugged it in an open spot, i think it was C or D and it works perfect, Goes on and off with the key.

Ok i finally fixed it!!! i got a new one for the fog light problem list....i check the ground connection like the problem you had.....it was fine.....i was just about to give up when i decided to check the connections.....the ground and hot wires were switched so when i was connecting it to the wireing on the car it was "ground to hot and hot to ground....i switched the connections and pluged them up and they work fine now.....im soo happy!!!
